The staff was very pleasant and welcoming, and they took care of everything efficiently. They were also offering Christmas discounts, which was a nice touch. I felt comfortable throughout my visit, and the pedicure in particular was a luxurious and enjoyable experience. While I appreciated the overall service, the quality of the nail work did not fully meet my expectations. That said, the team was very considerate and offered to fix the nails at no additional charge, which I truly appreciated. The polish application on my hands was uneven, with some polish on the skin, and the acrylics appeared thicker and less uniform than expected. I do have shorter nails, which may not be within their usual specialty, so this is not meant as blame—just an honest reflection that the final outcome was not quite what I was hoping for.

The owner really cares about their customers, and quality of work. To be honest I was going to give a bad review, however the owner addressed my issues with the nails and he guaranteed they would be fixed. I needed a red short nail set to match my dress for brother's wedding. When they were done a different lady noticed I did not like the nails, she actually shapped them to look even, but when I got home I noticed they were very lumpy and large gaps in between cuticle. They did not look like they were done that day. They looked like they were done a week ago. I went back and was able to get them fixed by a nice young lady, she was very nice and very detailed to make sure they were right. I did not need the red color anymore since wedding passed, so I chose pink and short nails but different shape. I appreciated that they did not try to scam me, and made sure the customer got what they paid for and left happy. As a small business owner myself I make sure my customers get quality product, so I appreciate that they were able to fix issue for me. I do recommend them, the owner he is very nice and honest. 5 stars to the lady who fixed my nails and left them perfect, sadly i did not get her name
